Oh that's an parallax overlay effect. I made the overlay with the help of Photoshop.It's alot more annoying to do for maps that you can't take a screen shot of the entire map for. The candles are from celianna tileset.

Oh ok ! So you screen shot the map. Then open it with photoshop, make the drawing. But after how you do to put it on rpg maker ? To be playable ?
