Tips for improvement:
1. Think about the basic proportions/ shape of the head. Try to make the hair closer to the top of the head (if you get what i mean :L ), because the hair does grow from the head, doesn't it? XD.
2. Maybe make the neck a little bit larger.
3. Fix that left eyebrow XD
4. Add more feathery textures to the wings, and make the tips of wing a bit softer and less spiky
5. Add a little shading under the chin (where the neck is)

Hmm ... mby consider adding more fallen angel like wings ? it would be awesome, bit more gloomy but still nice piece of art
