Moshi MoshiThis is one of (whistle, (actually, I'm unable to whistle), a large amount of posts about some of the special items I've thought up for of breath of the wild 2.
The fully restored Hylian Shield.
Although the shield has randomly appeared throughout the series of legends, admittedly with a few differences in details.
The indestructible and almost full defensive quality this shield provides, can clearly proves how this particular item has come into service of many heroes of legend that have appeared throughout Hyrule and other land's history.
I'm still working on whether or not to have this item require you to constantly use items to restore its durability, or have it be an immortal object.
One idea is to have the shield possess no defense against elemental attack, and making use the three dragon scales to customize which elements this shield can defend against, and for how long can depend on the amount of hits it absorbs.
(That's why I left the required armaments in the Hyrule compendium image).
That's most of what I have for these ideas. So post any ideas or details you have for these idea concepts.
