Moshi Moshi
This is one of (whistle, (actually, I'm unable to whistle), a large amount of posts about some of the special items I've thought up for of breath of the wild 2.
A set of sacred medallions that possess otherworldly blessings.
These sacred talismans imbibed the energies of sacred sages and skills of past heroes of legend, which are meant to be passed down to descendants of the goddesses' sacred duty.
Yet they've only appeared at the return of one of Hyrule's most dangerous incarnations, and when a hero of legend had fallen.
Finding these medallions and purifying them would make it just difficult enough, that there isn't really any need for any other limitations to be added.
As to their use, it can vary between enhancing health and the effects of items, increasing the frequency of drop items, or allowing access to magic spells and special combat skills.
