It is Gmod. This si the Lagiacrus model ported to Gmod by Oogaboogaman from Facepunch.com. The map is some gm_Caves map.

Ah I see! That's really cool! I ripped the models myself, but had quite a bit of difficulty rigging them...didn't manage it, vertices all over the place...

I too ripped every single one, but Oogaboogaman on Facepunch.com ported them all already. Everything but the minor enemies; every boss is ported.

This is in Garry's Mod. The place he's in is a map called gm_caves.
That Lagiacrus was posed, by me, in that map.
