Erm, I think you do need to have a membership for it, but if I submitted it as a pair of icons, like :iconotterstamp1::iconotterstamp2:, you could put it wherever without a membership.

The easiest way is just to grab a Stamp template, then customise it the way you want. You'll need to credit the creator of the stamp template, though. c:

I know about crediting the template creator but I don't know how to make a stamp.

I'm not really sure how best to explain it.
I've found a good tutorial for making a stamp in GIMP (if you don't have GIMP, download it for free here ->[link] )
