Description
This Joke aside, The Problem with the game is this: People constantly show videos of themselves screaming like retards and girls(*cough* PewDiePie *cough*), so the game has been completely ruined in that sense. So really, it's one of those games that have been ruined by their own fan-bases. In My personal opinion of the game, Graphics in any game don't ever bother me, however this is a horror game. Atmosphere is necessary for a game to be scary, so the graphics did kind of ruin it. Gameplay-wise, I give it respect for a few things. While there is no atmosphere in terms of graphics, its the sound that makes it really scary overall. Most people are truly scared when the sound comes to play, but others would say,"Who the fuck is playing the goddamned bongo drums?"(Rest of my opinion on this game in a journal)

Actually, He used to be a legitimate gamer, but then he did that slender thing and realized how much popularity he got because of it. He kept doing that same formula after he realized what it got him. Either way, you're right; He still choses to do these things, so that dosent make him any less of an ass.

The problem with Slender, is it's a game you have to play with no information divulged. If you've seen a video of it, you already know what's coming. It's one of those games that only works the first time. If you've been spoiled of it (Like I have), you'll never get the same reaction from it as people who played it blind.

Well than, you are right. The main problem is the amount of people spoiled. Once you've seen it, it's never as scary the second time.

Despite what you say, when you play it alone in the dark and see Slendy around a corner, it's scary as hell

...You shouldn't Have modify the environment around you in order to have something effect you; It should be scary by itself.

You don't have to, it just adds to the effect. Also, name ANY film, show or game that's scary in a populated place in broad daylight.

But, you mentioned it as if it was necessary to play it in the dark.
Also:
The Grudge, The Remake of nightmare on elm-street, Every Final Destination movie, Mirrors, Dead Space, Resident Evil 1, Resident Evil 2, SuperNatural, etc.

No. I said it was better in the dark. Also, zombie games like Resident Evil and Dead Space are mostly repetitive, gory games. Part of Slender is the lack of blood anywhere. It's a lot scarier to deal with the unknown than the gruesome but hardly as chilling zombie games. Also, isn't Nightmare on Elm Street the stupid one about the house that had eyes for no reason,

You're Absolutely right, What makes slender unique is that it can scary and at the same time, not violent, but I said, Resident Evil 1 and 2. Those are the least Gory RE games out of all of them. Also, Nightmare on Elm Street isn't about.... whatever the hell you're talking about.

I like it, despite the fanbase. It still made me scream in science class, so I'll give it an A.

Not really, but I'll tell it anyway.
So I'm sure you know those days when everyone is screwing around in class, the teacher doesn't care, and you're just not doing anything. Well, someone brought Slender and I ended up playing. I was barely past the third note, when despite my best efforts, Slenderman scared the shit out of me and I screamed in class. I got some weird looks, but it was hilarious. I'm not one to cause a scene, so screaming in class was a first.

Haha. It's okay. Just, the fact that the game made me flip out in such a way, I have respect for it.
