Lol, it's okay. dA does something odd to this one when zoomed out. When zoomed in, it's fine.

I absolutely love it, I need to learn to draw male anthros (especially wolves) so these three were extremely helpful.

I vote for a continuation of this series!

I cannot draw a dog, anthro or not, and the face always looks more dragon (which is what I tend to draw) and not canine like I want. Can you possibly do one that is detailed on how to draw the face?

Draikairion In reply to NightMagic6 [2012-04-15 23:26:21 +0000 UTC]

I will see what I can do but it might be a little while. That's a good idea for a tutorial!

This is fantastic! It covers a big basic idea most people skip over, simple weight distribution on the feet and center of gravity.

Draikairion In reply to jmillart [2012-01-02 20:12:23 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, that was one of the things I noticed in a lot of anthro pictures, especially those made by budding artists: center of gravity and weight distribution. It's important to nail those aspects or else the anthro will appear to float or will lose fluidity (example: when a big tough snarly werewolf is stuck walking almost completely vertical and on small, regular wolf feet...). I may come out with another part that is all about weight distribution.
