Yeah, she is. I actually created her way before NiHHardcore even existed. It's just that Social Media Live Productions (the makers of that mod) seemed to like my character so much that they decided to include her into NiHHardcore's story. While that's indeed nice, it however... probably also creates some misunderstandings of Shelly's origin.

Well, me and my friend are both the authors of the fanfic to be more precise. But Shelly in particular was created by only me. 
I think I know which Russian site are you talking about, and I'm glad you like enjoy reading it this much. I'm sure my friend would be glad as well.

Give my compliments to your friend too. I hope that you both write something else on Neighbors, for example on the second part or Hardcore. I would love to read too. By the way, can I use your character in my fanfiction if I suddenly want to write?

I will. And we are planning to write the 2nd part, but not immediately after we're done with the 1st part, because we both most likely will need break from writing and also because planning out scenes will be still needed like how we did with the 1st part.

As for NiHHardcore, my friend definitely won't be willing to write about it, so I may try to continue it alone (there is already 2 chapters on it long ago) but I can't say for sure. However, another friend of mine is trying to make a fan-comic about NiHH, though it will take her a long time to finish it. 

And you can use my character as long as you give me credit (i.e. mention me that I made her). Well, you don't have to, but I'd appreciate it.

I've used to translate some fanfics from Russian to English before... or at least as much as I could anyway, so that should be fine by me. Though I'm not too sure if R rating would be alright, I'm personally used to writing T-rated (i.e. PG-13) fanfics at most while NiHH is the only exception. I suppose it depends on what your fanfic will contain, then I'll consider it.
We can continue to talk about this through via notes, that is if that's alright with you.
