Description Totally non post processed.. this image is to remind me never to hang your remote shutter from your tripod when you're in the sea with a rising tide... Needless to say it soaked it.. and gave me the shock of my life.. but all is good however as I managed to save it by opening it up and drying out the contacts. Hurray me!!

Taken from Pasir Ris Beach, Singapore at 6.29 AM. No sleep and after a cockroach hunt.. =/

ISO 100
Shutter Speed: 15 Seconds

that's such a lovely capture!! .. the crispness of every single element - great capture.
correct me if i'm wrong - but the 1000d doesn't have an IR remote ... how did you manage to hook up a remote shutter? I'm in the process of selecting an SLR and the remote shutter options has got me going round in loops .. some enlightenment would be of great help - thanks.

Thank you, The canon 1000D does have a port to plug in a cable release shutter remote. There is also options to purchase a wireless remote from brands such as phottix. This is pretty much the same for Nikon and the others aswell.. Do check with the vendor first before buying the wireless remote if it's compatible with the camera you're purchasing though.
