Description
So here it is! Took me a few days to make. Remember that youcan mess around with the settings; you don't have to copy
every little thing I do, they're just guidelines. I tried to make
it as comprehensible as I could. Just leave a comment if
you're confused or have a question!
Enjoy~

You could have done a better job at describing what exactly you did when it came to actually creating the 3D effect like show the off settings so that people can clearly see what you did.

I did that. As you see at the top it says "Photoshop Knowledge : Moderate" So you at least need some knowledge on how to work Photoshop. You shouldn't attempt this tutorial if you don't know how to use the offset and high pass filters correctly.

Yeah I saw that it said moderate, however, there are some people who have knowledge of photoshop, but do not use all of the filters, so a brief description might have helped them understand why you choose those filters.

Lol good thinking. I have no recollection of where I got the stock. It's a pretty popular image so googling Mirrors Edge would get you significant results.

If you desaturated before you applied the affects you should have a B&W tag. If you didn't you should get results almost similar to above, as I said it doesn't look best on everything so maybe give a try on another image?
