Well the legend goes that a woman walks the streets wearing a surgical mask and asks kids if she is pretty and if you say no she stabs you with a pair of scissors and if you say yes she takes off her mask and asks you again and if you say yes again she slits your cheeks so you look like her. It's an interesting legend.
