Skullgreymon is the tail I think?
Metalgreymon the bottom jaw for one of the heads and the mane.

Yes, when a machine digimon is added to the mix, and both of the base xros wars combinations have a machine type (ballistamon and mailbirdramon). However, gumdramon's evolutions tend to be more organic, like: vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/d…
Though, now that I look at it, it's maybe because that tail of your chimeramon reminds me of mailbirdramon's head that I feel the connection.
