No en serio, quien es?? No recuerdo a algun digimon, relacionado con Izumi que tenga cabello blanco. Aunque la forma del pelo se parece al de Zephyrmon solo que mas corto. Pero tambien puede ser una evolucion que no sale en la serie. (Me lo pense mucho??)

Eso suena a una mejor teoria, me agrada hacer sp porque tambien se le entenderia como SPoiler, por que en la serie normal aun no pasan todas las cosas, ni los echos, como ejemplo el digimon de izumi... que aun no lo muestro. Pero tus hopotesis no estan muy equivocadas y si te lo preguntas si es la izumi de frointer.

It's fairly easy. The being is called Wind, and Fairymon is the Spirit of Wind afterall. Also, according to the final Episode of Frontier, the Spirits have a life of their own. And given how this worlds seems to work it would make sense for Fairymon to manifest like that.
