Just an idea that I had. No offense to Oilman fans......Anyway, yes, that "new brother" is, indeed, Oilman. He is a pain to use in Megaman Powered Up because his only attacks are a weak oil throw OR a board made of oil that he slides on...
...I barely beat Cutman on easy with Oilman...so either I suck at playing as him, or he is a horrible Robot Master...
I did not include Fireman because he is really difficult to find what to say...
I did not include Timeman because there was no room...
I did not include Gutsman because he is too big...
...So, um...that is it...

I have a printed picture of Oilman for a shrinky dink project and since I still have it, I would walk around showing the picture yelling 'IT'S UGLY ISN'T IT!?' XD

I think Oilman looks cute. But I do admit his attacks are pretty weak. But hey! How else would splashing oil on someone hurt them?.......Without fire!XD

ya i recently saw that guy on YT. He looks weird lol I probably said this before but.. ya you draw megaman characters so cute! iceman in the second panel i like how elecman has a bit of a bored attitude ;3 and i love how bombman just says it up front
