Judging your own work hard is very important to make progress of course.
One also needs a (well deserved) pat on the shoulder now and then though.
Or at least feel a tiny bit of pride when a project is completed.

I feel pride and satisfaction of done work when I see a progress between #1 and #6, for example. It is a really enjoyable moment when you see that's your skill is growing)
