lol after I was finished with it, I thought the character sorta looked like that one tokyo mew mew character. xD but, no, I hated that anime and still regret wasting my time to watch it.. so I would not draw fanart unless it was some request or kiriban request by someone else. x'D lol

well I sketch it first. but for the past month or so, I've been making my lineart by hand, inking my sketches; rather than using the pen tool in photoshop. you'll get the hang of it. ;D Even I have to ink rather slow to make smooth lines.
I'm hoping to get to my dad's house sometime today to finish it. it's almost done. I just have to create the background... which, by the way.. do you have any suggestions for what the background could be? I never can think of any scenes or places to spot characters in..
