Guile the All American Hero from the Street Fighter Series. SONIC HURRICANE! Or where the hell are you CHAAAAARLIIIIEEE!? He's charging this one for M.Bison....that or someone took his comb! I did the wind effect as best I could going into his hands and I had to use my arm as reference...not that I'm that strong looking! Also small point I love the fact they gave him TWO American flags on his arms he couldn't be more patriotic. There's a lot I could have done to make this image better but it's all a learning curve to get better at the drawing.

Edited in GIMP adjusted colour levels.

Used the Marvel Vs Capcom 2 Guile that's on the front cover of the game box as a reference.
