True story, I once died because of this. Admittedly, I was trying to get into cover at the time but the game was like "AH YES, 'COVER,' THAT LUXURY DECIDED TO TAKE A VACATION FOR A WHILE" so I was like screw it, may as well enjoy the view.... stupid glitches. But hey, at least FemShep died happy, yeah?
