I didn't think we were even 5 mill yet.. XD But I think it's wrong to say xenophobic, seing at least in Norway, we're 12% immigrants, and in Oslo, we're almost 30% xD And Norway is the country that takes in most immigrants, percentage-wise to our own tiny population.
But it's true that some people are against immigration in Scandinavia now, since it's brought with it a lot of crime.. So people are fed up. (For example, there's a shitload of rapes in Oslo, and more or less all of them are by immigrant men from war-destroyed countries.) I think Denmarks gotten really strict at immigration now, and have a right-windged political party in charge.. xD And Sweden had some shit with a VERY right winged party getting into parlament (But they've got frikkin ghettos now, so it's not really that weird that people reacts). But here in Norway, we're practically communists. (It's frikkin true too XD We've been called the last communistic western state) So all of the immigrants get's payed by the state when they can't get a job since they can't talk norwegian nor english. So there's not a huge economical diffrence. But in Norway, most people are scared SHITLESS for being painted as "politically incorrect", so if anyone say they're against immigration, people hate on them hard xD So I'd say that in Norway, people are more the complete opposite of xenophobic.. more.. "political-incorrect-phobic". XD Bah, but srsly, politics are not my forte. All of this is more a, how I see things from my own little private geeky world... XD I hate politics with a passion, since there's this need for everyone to be political correct. So no one can really say what they truly think. And I'm more of a science type of person(I have my opinions, mind you, I just.. REALLY hate discussing it XD Since people are assholes about it). But... That intense need to be politically correct all the time, is in a way a fear of other opinions.. SO.. Maybe they are all xenophobic Only they're xenophobic for opinions, not people...

Lol tiny country! And holy hell that's a high percentage of immigrants. I think in Spain it's already like 15% or something. I remember going to the US and having one measly peruvian friend, and I was like "gaaaasp cooooool!" and then three years later I come back and thought maybe I was back in the US. In three years, it was like BOOM, IMMIGRANTS!!! I kid you not. And it's so cool seeing all the mixed couples around here^^ Beautiful children they make. Yeah, we're SOooooo many, especially here in Oslo xD Like, EVERY SINGLE ONE of the new friends I've gotten now, ALL OF THEM, are immigrants XD I thought about it the other day, and was like... " Cool." I don't get that much along with the norwegians here... Mostly because in norway, young people have this intense drinking culture. Like, completely insane. And I don't drink. I don't really know... Maybe they missunderstood something xD Because people are often against the mass-immigration that is now, but not normal immigration. Like, i don't like mass-immigration. Since we don't have the founds to cover that, and integrate them properly into society. And then we'd end up with all of the non-norwegian-speaking people in one corner of town, and the others on the other corner. And we'd be a "them and us" people. And yeah, we're very lefty XD And you don't even want to know how we handle economics... We're more or less EXPERTS at throwing money into toilets. Since like, 50% work in the state, pushing paper, a shitload of our money goes to paying for byrocracy. It's sad. All of my rage when I see how shit is handled... I hear so much form my mom, who works for the state. And it's just... Really.... Stupid. And inefficient. And the bosses in the state CANT fire incompetent people. It's against the law. So, not only do we pay a shitload of people to push paper, we pay a shitload of people who WE CANT EVEN FIRE, to push paper.... oh god the fails...
And social issues..? Like, police? Well... The police are a paper-pushing state intitution that too. There's a reason it took the police one and a half hour to get to utΓΈya. They had to push the paper first. Gah... Oh, and our prisons looks like hotels. XD There's SO much fail in norway, you wouldnt believe it. But there's win here too. ALL education is free, except for a few private schools (like artschool and schools for SPESHUL kids), and ALL health-care is free. So even if you're poor as fuck, you get the treatment you need, the exact same treatment any rich person could buy. So I love that about Norway. Makes me able to see past the retardedness... xD

I've only got it on vhs XD Was interesting to watch though (in so bad quality that you couldnt even see the black lineart), when I dusted off my old vhs-player... Had to hit it a couple of times... They make university parties and all of campus gets full to the brim of young people from all around madrid getting drunk and littering, and the morning after you can't see the grass. It's all just a big plastic bag prairie. Ew. How anyone can consider just drinking fun, I'll never understand. I have my own circle of non-drinkin, or almost barely-drinking friends, luckily.

Yus I get what you mean. We had this immigration boom here product of some weird politic on jobs, or something. They came pouring in, apparently, mostly poor and hardly qualified for a good pay. Not entirely bad, because they've rejuvenized the population, had children who will be spanish, and took the jobs spanish people didn't want to do.
And that IS the fails O__O I don't know much about economy anywhere, but I'm pretty sure it's the same here. Ugh, I wish we'd just go back to the tribal system.

And what surprised me A LOT was we had this "Medicin comedy-show" thing that my class made, and people were so drunk at the show that they threw beer and wine and shit all around themselves and at the people performing and everyone was acting like a 8 month old baby being fed. They completely ruined the whole show. I feel so bad for the people who worked so hard on it... Gah. And the next day, they'll just feel crappy and sick and don't remember anything... Gotta be honest I don't like this american "meet the cast" version of the trailer, voice work was good in some parts but in overal clearly edited for a different audience. If you hadn't shown the original trailer first I wouldn't be half as interested in this movie all together, and nothing beats the original version of the song.
