Even WITH the disproportionate size of the Harley Quinn's Animated show Dr. Psycho's head. First off....mind controlling people is one thing for being evil....but making them cannibalize others with said powers and feeling aroused by it? Yeah...that IS not something mind-reading powers should be used for, let alone for the DrawVerse.

So yeah Animated Harley Quinn over the Comics version, still has the origin of the comics(assuming he's NOT lying) but more the personality of the Harley Quinn show.
