In the world of comics and manga, there's also no short of seeing the most craziest, nuttiest, and just insane characters going around wrecking stuff up, whenever for the evulz, from the effects of their minds, or just loving the thrill of it, theres also the kinds of crazy you can find in every corner, but there are just some dark corners which can become a no-entry zone, and what lies beyond it is something even other crazy people wouldn't run into.

Raian Kure, the black sheep "Devil" of the Black-eyed Kure Clan.

and Crazy Steve, the Psychotic Fascist Hobo as a goddamn batman-in-name-only.

Connections:
Both are just bats**t(no pun intended) insane guys known for their vicious and outright brutal fighting styles in a superhuman world unlike ours(Kengan to the DKR/Frank Miller Universe)
Both are seen as the black sheep/disgrace of their line of work(Raian is looked down by most of the Kure clan, a family of assassins, for being too brutal and vicious, as some do remain nice folks when not on the job, while Crazy steve is so UNLIKE Batman, that he's Batman-in-name-only).
Both are known to insult or degrade their opponent's moves or ideologies, yet earned their own brutal beatdowns despite their skills
However, as time goes on in sequels, they would mellow out, albeit with better or worse results(Raian mellows out around Ohma, but he's still itching for a bloodbath; while Crazy Steve tries to up hold the main Batman's moral code in Dark Knight Returns, but in Strikes Again, goes back to being implied as a old fascist).
Both are known to be way muscular in some way(I mean, look at the goddamn thumbnail, Steve looks old and jacked and Raians into his dope-like advance)

Yes, while Raian has several assassination techniques by Omega, and his advance was something Crazy Steve has NEVER fought before...Crazy Steve is still a batman, and that he is somehow skilled enough to use the likes of batarangs, explosive bleach(which is very questionable), expert in stealth, oh and if he was feeling cruel not to use Dick Grayson age 12 as a human shield or baseball willy bat...just run him over with the batmobile. Overall, this is going to be one crazy and bloody night.
