While the Nohrian and Hoshidian empire were overthrown or split, the formers more....infamous members never did get captured easily despite many transferred to the main earth, with some like Zola more or less "reformed" some like Iago would died or be ressurected(?), and some like Hans would have been caught, but would soon run into Fisttrick, while Hans thought he was some punk, Fisttrick proved to be much more experieced and stronger, however a mention of Kamui would let Hans, being the ugly and ambitious brute as Nohr could sadly come to hold, would agreed to join Fisttrick's operations, while he really has the tendency to smash up the alien products, or well give the others the creeps and hates Fisttrick's saying of Bro, he makes up for the sheer strength and brutality to keep the operations straight, and well Fisttrick still sees him as a liability should Hans goes too ballistic, but better to keep your liabilities closer than enemies, just in case to take a fall.
