Hi, everyone! Long time, no see!! I can't believe my last upload was.. two and a half years ago?! Is that right?! Whoa, time flies... but I suppose that inbetween having the 'rona (would NOT recommend! It's awful!) and surgery, the time had to go somewhere! Lol...

And speaking of surgery ~ last month I celebrated three months since leaving the hospital! Recovery has been a bit of an uphill battle at times, but.. soooo worth it! I don't want to bore anyone with the details of my condition/surgery, but I'm doing SO much better, and if anyone is curious/would like to hear more, I put a then-and-now photo in my stash with some extra info. BE WARNED, THOUGH! I chose the least-scary 'then' picture I could find, but there's still a lot of bruising and post-surgery stuff in the photo, so if seeing injuries and the like makes you squeamish, I would avoid!

Enough about me, though! How is everyone doing? Whatcha been upto lately? Are you looking forward to the holidays? I'd love to hear!

Oh! And I almost forgot to talk about Elsa! Haha.. this is my pet project! My sister and I love talking about what we'd think the Disney Princesses would look like irl, and since Elsa is my favorite (tho technically she's a Disney Queen, but.. I digress, haha) I've always had this vision of what I thought she would look like, and thought I'd try to bring it to life! And I wanted to try and make it as realistic as possible, to try and see if I've improved at all since first painting Elsa back in 2014 ~ she's coming along slowly, since I'm being really nitpicky about the details and I can't draw a french braid to save my life, but she's coming along nonetheless! <3

I also uploaded this since I'm considering opening commissions, but A) I'm not sure anyone would be interested in this sort of realistic portrait style, and B) I would have noooo idea what to charge. I've never really been great at pricing art, but since I've been MIA for two years, I'm lost! Feel free to make suggestions/give advice! Every bit helps!
