The first picture I'm familiar with, but omg that second picture 8D!!! Ed is...tall O_O! What's the occasion? I only got up to...I think, ep.18 or something with Brotherhood with the subs. I'm just waiting for the english to catch up now.

Sorry to but in lol. But jsut wanted to say that there are no set rules or anything to who you can dress up as. But ideally you'd wanna make sure you can pull off the character. And yeah, you might wanna actually like the character. But I've run into people dressed as someone they don't like

I have this cap that like engulfs the top of my head...and I wear it backwards. I brush my long hair and let it hang staight down the sides of my face (I have no bangs). I wear mascara and eye shadow and stuff with it and it looks really pretty. Well the point is, every time I look in the mirror, I think of Winry xD lolz
One day I was wearing baggy pants with my signature hat and I looked in the mirror and I was like "hmm..." so I pulled my shirt up as if it were a tube top and damn I looked like Winry o.0
Maybe it's just me, though 
I don't hate Winry and I'm all for Edwin but I'm just not that interested in her

Anyhoo I would want to dress up as Ed becuase being Ed is fun lolz. When I'm practicing my martial arts in the back yard I pretend to be him. It'd be fun to run around in his cloak and stuff
