Goku got bored one day, and had been inspired by the boxing matches, he saw on tv. So he decided to instant transmission into Otherworld, and challenged Cell to a boxing match. Cell, wanting a good challenge, agreed. This time however, Goku had no intention of forfeiting this fight, and so he beat Cell by KO. An ogre warden then offered Cell an early parole in Purgatory, in exchange for seven years of early parole. Cell thought about this for a moment, and ultimately agreed.

Goku and Cell belong to Akira Toriyama.
