I had been thinking for a long time to create an OC and that's how Chloe came to be. I am still working on a proper profile for Chloe, which I will one day also upload.
A big thanks again to ChibiBiscuit for making me this reference sheet as a commission.
As with the last upload, her design is based on the relaxed Gardevoir drawn by LimeBreaker.
