The city was called Ninjago for a reason
I wanted to try mixing in the lego style with an anime-ish style. putting in more of the lego features in the eyes and of course the
skin color. Lmao tho Kai's hair changes in every picture I draw him in loll. His hair now is more referenced from the movie Kai
I finally drew Nya so no one can like call me out for not drawing her again sheesh. I love her a lot pls I only forgot her once :'DD
I'm still trying to figure out my coloring style, the last two pictures I uploaded were both more painting ish styles and this one is more cell-shaded.
I wanted to go for like a comic-looking cover and BTW this is a Japanese school AU. As you may be able to tell from the uniforms. It was inspired by one
of Kai's original concept designs with him wearing a Japanese school boys uniform ^ ^
UGHHHHH I still need to catch up on the new episodes
but I trust kimcartoon as much as I trust Satan.
Everyone keeps recommending kimcartoon and everything but it still has pop up ads and other weird ads
that it had on kisscartoon and kissanime. And Kissanime gave me a ton of malware viruses in the past, and
saying that kimcartoon is made by the same people is really not gaining any trust points from me but idk

I used to watch KimCartoon all the time, granted that it was on my kindle, but once you get past the ads, it's not so bad.
Netflix, though not free, has all of the seasons, even the (sorry people but this is my opinion) crappy new ones. But I love every season anyways, so I guess I'm still gonna end up staying up until 3AM watching The Sons of Garmadon take the Oni masks from surprisingly incompetent ninja

dude i know! i went to see it but i saw 40 minutes of spiderman homecoming before it and so it worsened my expectations. Honestly what i wanted from the ninjago movie if it was gonna involve the highschool thing was for it to basically be spiderman but there was barely any double life stuff or highschool stuff and the adventure itself wasnt very exciting either. The deleted scenes had more weight to them. I know the time thing wouldve been complicated and they already did that for season 7 and all, but still much more fascinating.

but didn't even finish that season. I think I stopped watching because I think I got to a stage in my life where I was like: "You know what? I'm too good for legos bruh"
