In all those stories involving dragonslayers, I always want dragons destroy them.

Because all those dragonslaying stories are identical ("A dragon kidnapped a damsel/took all the gold and hero came to kill it") and anthopocentric, like "Humans can do everything".

Ah, yes, that anthropocentrism annoys me too - as well as black-and-white portrayal of dragons as being always evil. This was a school project based on the actual myth about Siegfried so the dragon is slayed, yeah.

Well I do not mind dragons be evil, anyway I do prefer if a dragon is supposed to die - killer should be an another dragon. Or either dragonic heritage. Anyway I find all those "hoardings" and "kidnapped damsels" hellishly annoying. Like there are a lot of other plots with evil dragons, who are pretty more interesting that that, Like vicious warlords or evil ultimate wizards.
