Spawn Series 33: Age Of PharaohsSpawn The Immortal, digital mock paint
Photoshop
The talented sculptors at the McFarlane Toys Design Center first sculpted this figure. Then, the photography team took well-lit photos, as shown in the previous image, and I apply the mock paint job in Photoshop.

.... Wow. o.o Wait, so the painting on that is -digital-? Like, with Photoshop?
That looks like it's actually painted on the sculpture! xD I keep staring back between this one and the Isis one and I still can't believe that the coloring's done on Photoshop!
... Also I keep really wanting to poke those horns for some reason.

I'm glad you like it! It isn't as much work as you may think. These had to be done very quickly, so it was a lot of quick mask, color adjustments, cloning, and then finishing it off with brush work in the end.
I may post a tutorial in the future of this method, as well as other drawing tips. Just give me some time.

Defenitely will. I really love the egyptian work, I'm endlessly fascinated about ancient Egypt and want to learn more and more about it.

I seen this series in comic book and toy shops recently. The only difficult figure to find is the Warrior Isis.
