This looks so cool ^_^ I like how the more sinister aspects of the picture aren't the things you notice first- you look at the nurse and while she does look a little sinister, she mostly seems to be tired. And then you look more closely and see the syringe and the blood on the floor and you realize that something disturbing's happened here. Nice work
