I know, I sometimes vent and then feel bad too, but only if I share it with someone ^^'
Probably you can't control this feeling bad, but drawing something like it okay, it helps analyze feelings and emotions, or just express them. If it feels better afterwards, it's wonderful!

Yeah, I redacted it on the phone! Program's name Snapseed. Here's "brush" tool, it doesn't draw, it's just effects (darker/lighter, etc), no colors. Hope it doesn't look out of place...
