Description
Constructs can be of various purposes and has various abilities, and usually don't have mind like our own, or don't have mind at all (like our robots). That one, however was built with personality for some reason. It was incidently exposed to the corrupting nature of the Depths and now in quarantine. If only shell was affected, then nothing to worry about. Construct will just get new one. But if mind... Poor thing will be in big trouble. It can't be cured, at least not yet.Related content

Something about the way the construct moves makes it look tired, somehow. I can't imagine the corruption is comfortable, if it's able to feel things like that! And even if not, if it has a personality and self awareness, I imagine it'd still be a scary experience.

Hhhhh it was the point and I'm glad that I succesed to bring it. I, you see, can't animate more complex stuff yet.
Constructs in a lot of worlds have intellegence, but don't have personality, self-awarness and whatever that make person, well, person. They're workers, equivalents of our robots and other machines, and it's amoral and illegal to force sentient individual work for nothing in majority of worlds.
But sometimes some works too risque for living beings but impossible if you don't have mind, and, depending of the world, they send here ciborgs, stronger living beings, or make sentient constructs. They have the same rights as non-constructs. And yes, being in the Deepness is scary expirience and those recovering from it must see a psychologist. And even if construct non-sentient, Deepness can corrupt it into something that can feel and suffer, but it must spend here decades, if not centuries. Deepness affect sentients more.

Of various materials. Metall, organic, everything is good for those little and big helpers.
