Dramatic looking moment.
I have to say, even though i'm a big fan of Powergirl, i think Wonderwoman would have the advantage purely because Wonderwoman is of comparable speed and strength ( though Powergirl is the stronger and faster of the two ), and she is the superior hand to hand fighter ( she is meant to be one of the best hand to hand fighters among DC's heroes, though sometimes i think it gets forgotten ).
