Sera is the japenese name for Sara. They also have the Sonic the Hedgehog Movie in japenese too. But there's two episodes Called "Journey to Eggmanland" and I think the other one is called "Battle of Metal Sonic" Sometimes, they even spell her name Seira. I'm not insulting you or anything, I'm just letting you know why everyone calls her that.

No surprise. That's the same Sera from Sonic Anime who happens to be in love with Sonic. It's looks kind of cute. Sera better not get to attached because Amy Rose got her eyes on Sonic too. So watch out.^_^
