You need to open your papertex.CONF file or brushtex.conf file in the Paint Tool Sai folder where you installed you Sai.
Open it as Notepad and then you have to add something like this.
For Papertex
1,papertex\Image Name Here.bmp
For Brushtex
1,brushtex\Image Name Here.bmp
And save it.
Also you have to write the name exactly as it the bmp image and that includes space between words

Find brushtex.conf (i don't have .conf at the end of mine, so don't worry if yours doesn't)
Copy files and overwrite, because the list includes existing files as far as I know.
