Whis and his daughter out for a stroll when the Oracle fish/seer comes bouncing along to distract her as usual.Character belongs to Mei-Senpai-Chan .
I just wanted to draw her... and i desperately want to figure out how to draw Disney characters so.... excuses... excuses/
^_^ I thought that she was a really cute character and I like Whis from the show. @_@
Whis' skin is the struggle. It took me forever to remember that there was a blue coloured character in hotel transylvania to reference,,,, I will master the art of painting skin some day.
