Actually I felt that Spider Gwen was the most wasted character of the movie, they put her on the same pedestal with Peter and Mike, yet she doesn't have that very much of a conflict or spotlight like them(her participation actually fits more with the other 3 secondary spiders rather than a protagonist). Wish someday we could have a good film of Spider Gwen origins (because not even the comics have done it yet, and is not really that hard either) and villains

I think that's fine, since the movie already has tons of characters, and it's Peter and Miles who are the true focus of the story. Peter cause he's more familiar for the general audience, and Miles cause he's the main character.
To have more characters like Gwen be the focus, in terms of conflict, would have been too much of a juggling act. Might work on a show with lots of episodes, but not a 2 hour movie.
There's already news that they're planning sequels and spin-offs. Would not be surprised if you see her Spider Gwen in her own movie soon.
