No. it's Special Signature to Save a Soul Gridman that what's the true meaning of the title SSSS gridman.It say in the final episode. it has no relation to the us adaptation of Gridman the Hyperagent

Uh Drazer the "SSSS" in SSSS.Gridman is short for Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad.Gridman, as in a anime version of both Hyper Agent Gridman and the US version Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad i mean have you even check the Ultraman Wiki let alone Wikipedia for once?!
