Here we have a resin statue I put together and painted. It is 1/6 scale and I painted it to be like Lisa from the Dead or Alive series of fighting/volleyball games developed by the people at Temco and Team Ninja.Edit: The picture now has the front and back showing.

Wow, for 1k I wish I could help you out. Sadly I have basically zero sculpting skills. Plus my painting skills would not be considered "professional level".
This particular statue was a βgarage kitβ (as they seem to be called) I bought off of eBay from a seller in Japan back in 2008. I did not make the original resin casting. But I did glue it together and paint it to look like Lisa from Dead or Alive.
That seller disappeared from eBay many years ago, so I do not have any information about them. But I have seen sites dedicated to 1/6 scale statues that offer a variety of different figures and some even paint them for you (for an extra fee). Perhaps something like that would be of interest to you?
