I've been working on this for like LIKE 1000000 HOURS? It was totally worth it and I don't think I've ever been prouder of another piece in my life. This was completely relaxing to do, I have a lot of collabs and art trades and the feb meme to finish, and it piles up and stresses me a lot. I guess I just wanted to draw something relaxing? Anyway a friend of mom died today, and I've been having a super rough day for other things I don't really find necessary to talk about at the moment. Anyway! Hope you like this!

GERO'S POV-

The sweet scent of wild flowers and mud flooded my nostrils, and I accepted it without complaint. I took a moment to take in the sight as a whole, elegant and mysterious, hopefully years would pass before I forgot this moment, if I ever did. “They really are. It’s curious, how plants survive winter.” I finally replied. “Our actions ultimately determine what we’re made of, and how we manage to survive on the toughest of situations. However, plants can’t do anything to avoid death, yet they survive.” It’s called natural selection – the survival of the fittest. The world’s only way to make itself more perfect, to kill off the weak and allow life to those worthy of living it. It was the most unfair of nature’s mechanisms, yet the most efficient. [...]
