Hey hey hey!! Axe Knight! Wasn't expecting to see you draw this guy! You know, there's a similar Kirby character found in like one game, named Butch. Wonder if Butch is really Axe Knight's real name, or maybe Butch is the leader...

Too true, too true... The anime came up with some background stuff too. But I think it might have left a lot of inconsistencies with the 4Kids dubs, I haven't seen all of he Japanese dub yet.

True, the plot is the same but not the dialogue, they even cut some of the scenes out and they weren't all suggestive either. And Idk about you but I got really tired of DDD sounding like a "dangum fast talkin' hillbilly" and Tiff... I just liked the voices and translated dialogue and music overall from the JP dub more than 4Kids'

I'll admit some moments make me laugh actually. But, a lot of times, I compare him and the game counterpart and I just don't think the 4kids voice fits. He's not even really evil or a troublemaking bully in the games, like how he was in the anime. He's more like the self centered and selfish yet somewhat lovable type of troublemaking bully.

Yes, in both the games and the anime, I agree there. But the anime added the King's taste for giant monsters, which he'd of course use to try to kill Kirby. the JP dub even had him proudly calling himself the "King of Evil."
