I have Ultra Moon and I really wanted to use this I set a alarm for 5:30 am wake up before it goes off, level the Rockruff up once and go back to sleep
For my run of Ultra Moon I used this guy, Ash Greninja, Shiny Mimikyu, Dawn Wings Necrozma and had Sceptile and Primarina in the back of the party (apparently doing all the trials is not the equivalent to getting all eight gym badges)

Good news if you don't have one, they can be breed

I Like to point out Really think there should be a fourth from for the Night truning into the Day
