One day I come home from karate see my Dad watching the Dr.Who Spin off Torchwood (My guess is that Dad was waiting for Gordon Ramsay) where all of the children of England where screeching. All I could think was "It dose not effect Exploud" and start to train it

An under rated pokemon has a great balance of Attack and Special Attack, and is a normal type which give it a large move pool. The thing I don't get is it ability: Soundproof, I get why sing and growl won't effect it, but wound a move like Voice Hyper voice and Boomburst still harm it being pelted by the debris caught in the attack itself? and that not counting not being able to hear my commands
