Not sure if if replacing the negative space with a black void was necessary, but really can't go back now

I have three questions:

1. why change the high pitch Betty Boop like voice in the game to one that sounds East European?

2. How much Tiramisu does it take to fill someone her up?

3. Why does her hand look like a rubber glove blown into a balloon? Whatever easier to draw then an anatomically correct one anyway
