Description
Happy V-day have some flowers. She has high Sp.def. But the new Fairy pokemon just don't make that much sense to me;
A) Dragon types are not that broken, they are weak to them self, so it even if every one was using one, they would cancel eachother out. Plus Water types can learn Ice Beam.
B) Machop is confused why Clefairy is no longer weak to brick break
C) Lack of Fairy moves
D) Fairy seem broken themselves, people I have talk to do not use Steel and Poison type that much in battle
Also why is Florges not part Grass? Your head is made of Flowers, Sudowoodo head is made of rock.
Ps. The drawing is of a yellow one like the one on my main kalos team.

one word my friend
ORAS
Even though they're using the fairy-type in these games, the original games didn't have much Pokemon that are now fairy-type in the first place. What I don't like about the fairy-types though is that they made non-fairies fairies. Nintendo needs to explain, to everyone, not just us.
Great work by the way

Yes I have AS and yes turning mostly normal types into pure/part Fairy was weird (Magnemite become part steel get a past sense it was only gen 2)

Magnemite's different, they didn't change a whole bunch of non-steel into steel, like they did with the fairy-type. That's why I'm upset, that's why I think it's ridiculous to do. But at least I can have my Zubat and it's evo family take on the fairies proudly.

To be honest, I like Floette more than Florges. Floette looks more a fairy, and I love that she always holding on to that flower.
Fairy type is one my favorite types. Draining Kiss is a pretty useful move. In Pokemon: X, my party contains Sylveon, and Floette.

I guess Florges itself isn't a Grass-type becuase it should resemble the fairy which protects the flowers

well for the first to stages yes but when your body is a stem with leaves on the bottom then you should be a grass type. Heak even leavanny who wares plants for clothes is part grass type

Mmmhhh... guess your right. It also learns a ton of Grass-moves...
But it's to Florges' advantage to be only fairy. The Grass-type would just make it weaker.

It would be weak to Fire, Ice, Flying and quad Poison.
The STAB wouldn't help it that much:/

Most Grass, Water or Electric-Type attacks are special and since Florges is a special tank anyway
But all in all, you may be right, Florges would be an awesome Breloom counter

Well, you got some good points.
And people having different opinions in a discussion is that extra something.
Of course, acknowledging valid statements from others is what is needed to have a conversation which was worth having it

one of my favorite Fairy types
I agree Florges should be part Grass type because most of her moves are grass. Also, she needs more Fairy type moves.

You did a wonderful job on Florges.Plus, you're right because Dragon-types aren't broken because they're weak to both Dragon-type moves and Ice-type moves.Anyway, keep up the excellent job!

Dragon types were kinda broken, they can learn Electric and Fire type moves and this makes Water type Pokémon a little risky to use against them, as well as Steel type Pokémon. Plus, Fairy makes freakin' Kingdra a little easier to defeat and I personally wish the Fairy type was introduced sooner. I usually don't use Dragon type Pokémon because they're usually found very late into the games and by then I already have a full team of six. What I don't get is why Fighting and Dark had to be weak to Fairy as their weaknesses before Fairy are very common types.
