This is from the Comic where Terra's Brother (yes she has one) comes looking for her. She is a Princess (like Starfire) of the country Markovia. Basics both of them got there powers though science experiment (like Red Star). But the pressures got to Terra and she ran away. Basiclly the ending pretty much confirms that that School girl is Terra.If you what to read a good Fanfic on the matter try "My Kingdom For A Princess" It actually quite good mostly due to the fact the author look into the Lore of the source material instead of making up making up cringe
