I draw this train and draw this guy for to Fav it, She love to draw octopus Frankly I think the web has given tentacles a bad rap. I more worry a dolphin would do that stuff to me I got to say they have a good attack and special attack stats but there move pool is more forces on special attack. Most likely due to special moves being base on type till Gen gen 4 when the move itself was assigned to be physical or special. But I did find a good use for Soak, turn the opponent into a water type then use Energy Ball (or Bullet Seed depending on your Octillery stats) I think that is is the only pokemon that look completely different from it's previous form
