Description
The Big Guy, unlike the Regis before it/it's creations, it is pure power. unfortunately it Slow Start cut it's Attack and Speed stats in half for the first five turns. However, in double battles if you pair it up with a Pokemon that knows status moves that effect a Pokemon's ability then you petty much don't have to wait (basically the same same strategy one would use for slaking).

The one I train was the one I got in diamond, because no one has time to train the level 1 Regigigas in Platinum
