I don't think Shuckle will get a new evolution. It the slow thing I ever seen and it not offenses, But both of the defense stats are the highest. Mine's Sp.Def is one point off form being the same number as its Defense
best way to take it out is a Metagross. Odd how it a mold pokemon but not grass type like the mushroom pokemon. For some reason my hand was shaking but I still think it came out well

Actually, the "Mold Pokémon" bit in its Pokédex entry is a mistranslation. The Japanese version has it labeled as something along the lines of a "Fermentation Pokémon" (as in, the berries in its shell become fermented... so that Berry Juice it makes is actually more like berry WINE. XD)
It's also based on a scale insect, which are tiny little bugs that have hard shells over their entire bodies and live attached to plants.
That would be why it's Bug/Rock instead of Grass/Rock or something along those lines.

Bulbapedia isn't always that reliable. A lot of common fan-theories and assumptions find their way on there, and if they're widely accepted by enough of the people who update the site (even if they're not true) they usually end up staying there.
In this case--I'm guessing you're referring to the "origin" section of Shuckle's page, where it goes on for a few sentences about how it could be the "mold Pokémon" because molds/fungi sometimes live inside rocks. You have to remember that any information on these pages that doesn't come from an official source (directly from the games, statements by the creators, etc.) is literally just some random fan's opinion. It's just a guess. It's not "closer to official" or somehow more valid than any other guess just because it's on Bulbapedia. In this case, it's the "explaining away things that don't make sense" kind of guess--they saw that Shuckle was (in the English-language games anyway) listed as a "Mold Pokémon" and thought "hey, that doesn't make much sense"... but instead of looking deeper to see if there was a translation mistake there, they tried to come up with SOMETHING that would make sense out of it, not knowing there was more information out that which made all that guessing unnecessary. Definitely a better guess than the morons who randomly assume it must be a freaking TURTLE, but still just a random guess.
Speaking of Bulbapedia, they actually have a list of the Pokédex "species" listings in both English and Japanese: bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wik…
That's where you can see several mistranslations (not just Shuckle's--for example, there's also the one that led to Blastoise being called a "shellfish Pokémon" even though it's clearly not a clam/scallop/etc... the Japanese version just said "Shell" and the translators goofed up, probably because all the other "Shell Pokémon" later on in the list *were* actual shellfish.)
